Workplace assaults

Aggression is commonplace in Cameroonian workplaces. It seems that resentment resulting from frustration, itself the result of a combination of dispostional and circumstantial factors, is the trigger for such aggression. This book provides managers with guidelines for understanding and preventing aggression and violence between colleagues. Since the quest for happiness involves an ethical bond based on respect and recognition, the development of prosocial behavior is a major avenue to explore.
