Cultural Heritage - Capital City of La Rioja

The problem of this research is based on the fact that there are no sources of systematized research that allow us to see the current situation and potential of the cultural heritage of the capital city of La Rioja. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to create a technical inventory of the tourist potential of the historical-cultural heritage of the capital city, in order to know its location, existence and other general characteristics.The capital city of La Rioja was taken as a case study because it has a wealth of traditions and history.
