Published by the Energy Strategy of Russia for the period up to 2030 (ES-2030) was approved by the Federal Government on November 13, 2009 1715-p. ES-2030 provides an expansion of the time horizon of strategic planning of development of the Russian energy sector up to 2030 in line with the new challenges and the country’s development priorities. In the framework presented: - the current results of the Russian Energy Strategy for the period until 2020 and the target vision of this strategy - the main trends and forecasts of socio-economic development of the country, as well as the interaction of Economy and Energy - the prospects of demand for Russian energy resources; - the main provisions of national energy policy and its most important components - the prospects for the development of the fuel and energy complex of Russia - the expected results and the implementation of the system ES-2030. The main place in the new energy strategy take principles, strategic guidelines, the major of the constituent and the main mechanisms of the state energy policy.
