Snegirev Ivan Mikhailovich (23. 04. 1793-9. 12. 1868), Russian folklorist and ethnographer, professor at Moscow University, a famous connoisseur of Moscow antiquities. The son of Professor Michael Snegirev himself a graduate of Moscow State University and his professor in the department of Roman literature and antiquities.
