The phenomenon of cybercrime is becoming increasingly important in law enforcement practice. The challenges that arise for criminal and criminal procedural law, but also for international cooperation, are enormous. In particular, the crime, which is related to cybercrime, has regular links in several legal systems, which can justify the jurisdiction of several states. The aim of the German-Japanese-Korean Criminal Law Symposium is to find answers to legal questions that inevitably arise with the cybercrime phenomenon.
