It's not always easy to open up and allow others a glimpse into your inner self. As individuals, we have become accustomed to closing off our innermost selves and keeping them to ourselves. Perhaps we have become a little ill as a result. We carry too heavy a burden of what lies hidden within us. I thank everyone who has encouraged me to write down my thoughts. I have realized that these thoughts are not mine alone. Within I found those of my ancestors as well as those of my loved ones, my colleagues, but also those of people I know less well. Thinking, guessing, letting yourself drift is something primal, fun, sometimes curious, sometimes a little more satisfied with yourself. This helps us and all of us. Perhaps we should think a little bit more again?
