A common and standardized language offered by International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) enables the categorization of states of health-related functioning and disability facilitating the construction of information systems. Even today, the use of the ICF is limited by its complexity. Some tools to facilitate their application were created without, however, meet all requirements for its use in some areas. The objective of this work is to build facilitators for the ICF can be applied in Physical Therapy.
