Es wird tiber die Veranderungen der Knochendurchblutung am Femur ausgewachsener Schaferhundbastarde nach Osteotornien und Osteosynthesen berichtet. Die Messungen wurden mit der tracer microspheres Methode durchgefiihrt. Bei der Spongiosa kommt es im gesamten Knochen zunachst zu einem Absinken der Durchblutung, proximal steigen die Durchblutungswerte nach kurzer Zeit wieder an, wahrend sie distal nach Durchftihrung der Osteosynthese weiter absinken. Bei der Corticalis kommt es proximal der Osteotomie zunachst nur zu einem geringen Abfall der Durchblutungswerte, erst nach Durchftihrung der Osteosynthese wird der Abfall starker. Distal der Osteotomie kommt es sofort nach der Durchftihrung der Osteotornie zu einem starken Abfall der Durchblutungswerte.
