Anhand der vorliegenden Literaturangaben laBt sich aus den eingangs erwahnten Grlinden keine vergleichende Wertbeurteilung der einzelnen Therapieformen bei teratomatOsen Tumoren vornehmenoderinProzentangabenausdrlicken. 2. Die RLA hat z. Z. genauso ihren Platz in der Behandlung wie die Strahlentherapie, sie ist auBerdem die bisher genaueste Methode zur Beurteilung des Stadiums. 3. Die Tatsache, daB Patienten mit Metastasen nach alleiniger RLA ohne Nachbestrahlung 5 Jahre lebten (Staubitz), kann nur heiBen, daB der Aufwand einer 4- bis 6stlindigen Operation weiterhin gerechtfertigt ist, bis durch gut kontrollierte prospektive Studien in etwa 5 bis 10 Jahren der Stellenwert der einzelnen Therapiemoglichkeiten genau zu bestimmen ist.
