In taking up a liberal-Protestant hermeneutics in association with a theological criticism of religion of reformed character, three approaches address the possibilities of a self-agreement of human beings: as a hermeneutics of learning, as an overcoming of the differences between individuals, and as a protection of necessary boundaries between humans.
