This book constitutes the proceedings of the First International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Smart Communication, ICCISC 2022, was held in Dehradun, India, in June 2022. The 8 full papers and 1 short paper presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 56 submissions.
