L'Oeuvre Romanesque de Francois Guillaume Ducray-Duminil

F. G. Ducray-Duminil was one of the most widely read writers of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century. This study describes his literary trajectory and analyses diverse aspects of his novels in order to show that, although largely forgotten today, he left a clearly visible mark on numerous authors.
