Marcher vers Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle entre pere et fils a ete une aventure humaine d'une grande richesse pour nous deux. Depassant largement le cadre habituel du quotidien, au-dela des evenements marquant toute randonnee a pied au long cours, ce cheminement nous a permis d'echanger en toute liberte. Partis de Lisbonne jusqu'a Fisterra sur plus de 790 kilometres, notre trajet nous a fait transiter par Fatima, Coimbra, Porto, Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle et Muxia. L'episode final fut le plus fort en emotions avec notre arrivee au Cimetiere des marins de Fisterra, ou Alain a depose en 2016, les cendres de papy Rene, comme celui-ci l'avait voulu. La transmission entre Alain et ses enfants est desormais realisee… Notre ouvrage est agremente d'environ 200 cliches couleur.
