Digitalization has emerged as a strategic tool for the growth and development of any business after Covid-19. The proposed study aims to focus on digitalization related scopes and problems of handicraft SMEs in Delhi NCR for exports. It will explore how the already existing problems are affected by digitization. The study holds immense importance because all elements of this study are worthy in light of the Indian economy and its demographics. The four main aspects are MSMEs, the Handicraft sector, Exports and digitalization. The reasons why these areas need to be linked and analyzed in detail are explained in this section.
