Ben Thieu Long and Darleen Long (sibling pseudonyms) had been raised with a strong foundation of faith by their devout Christian mother. However, their father had lost his faith while serving in World War II. He turned to alcohol and exhibited behaviors vacillating between benign neglect and violent outbursts. His disturbing actions fostered anxiety and fear in the children and damaged them in ways they neither recognized nor controlled. This book captures their journey back to their faith.
