After the devastating 4th of July attack on Livingston Plaza in Houston, TX, OMICRON’s assignment is to find the Islamic terrorist, Ibrahim Haddad, and his lover, Inga Doudin, who were responsible for the assault. The hunt only begins when OMICRON tracks Haddad’s bank account to Curacao in the Netherlands Antilles. There, OMICRON agents force Haddad’s attorney to give them his alias and cell phone number. With NSA tracking his calls, they discover Haddad is financing the AQIM (Al Qaeda In Islamic Maghreb) in Mali. The attorney warns Haddad and sends over $150 million to his account in Lichtenstein. Haddad disappears, and OMICRON later determines that he is headed for Dubai (UAE) to meet with a major arms dealer to purchase weapons for AQIM, and the chase is on.
