Monarch

No crime... no poverty... no hope. For as long as she can remember, she has devoted herself to the Monarch. The omniscient entity knows the past, the present, and the future. But when the whispers of certainty fade, and the all-knowing begins to falter, doubt creeps in. Something is wrong and her awakening may cost her everything.

In the shadows of a brutal regime, an Emperor dreams of tearing it all down. He despises the system that binds him. His world is governed by an unseen force that dictates every choice, every breath. Alone in his heresy, he resigns himself to quiet hatred...until another Emperor dares to speak the same treason.

Unknowingly, they each conspire to topple the Monarch, to unravel the threads of a power that should not be questioned. But to strike at an entity that knows all things-past, present, and future-is to tempt fate itself.
