About the Author:
Kristi Cruise has been pioneering in the early literacy innovation space since 2009. Her dynamic and creative approach to literacy engagement has won several local and national awards for her and her affiliated companies. Cruise is the founder and CEO of Living Libraries, a literacy innovation engine based in Charlotte, NC, and the proprietor of the LiYo Literacy Yoga Fusion brand. This is Cruise's tenth book and first of many in the Nate Kid and the Flip Side series. Cruise is a mom of three littles, including her very own Nate kid. She is also the proud mama to a creature who very much resembles the character Moss. Cruise is a founding member of the Books with Color, Inc. Authors Alliance network where she reads her books live to children and classrooms.
