This book is built around a character, Musolima, who loses his parents while young. His adolescence is precarious, getting into trouble often, eventually finishing university. Musolima gets in trouble with his late brother's widow and is incarcerated. His life is shattered till Prosy, with whom he falls in love, rescues him. Before they marry, she loses a limb; ties of blood bind their love, however, so they wed. Musolima gets a job, but trouble stalks him. Fortunes spin, he is promoted, and gets an heir. The book concludes with a great family celebration. In African, celebration is an important part of life, irespective of the economic and social standings. Moses Dombo was born in Kachonga Two village, Naweyo Sub-County Butaleja district in Eastern Uganda. He is the fifth of eleven. His father was an elementary school teacher and his mother a home maker farm manager. He completed primary education from Dube Rock Primary School and went to Nabumali High School for six years of secondary and high school education. He obtained a Bachelors' from Makerere University Kampala, an MS from Wales University in UK, an MBA from Eastern University in PA. USA, and a Ph.D from Ndejje University in Uganda. He has spent over 40 years working with humanitarian organizations as Chief of Party, Country Director, Program Manager among others. He has worked for Church of Uganda, YWCA, World Vision, FHI 360, PLAN, PATH, Oxfam and Food for the Hungry among others. He is married to Jessica Dombo and together they have raised tens of children.
