Little Dick Tater follows the titular character through an average day at school. Readers will delight as the tiny tater tot continues to make poor decisions and attempts to outrun the consequences. Readers will quickly gather that Dick Tater is a thinly veiled reference to former President Trump (accompanied by other characters familiar from the 24-hour Trump presidency news cycle). While the book critiques the former President, the tone is light and the content never becomes vulgar. I am always happy to show this book to friends and family from the other side of the aisle, confident they will share a laugh or at least crack a smile. The story is meant to be humorous for adults and children ages 3+. As a father, I truly believe that anything and everything is a teachable moment if you try hard enough. I hope you enjoy the book!
