Dwayne Weaver is a follower of Jesus Christ, a foundation that shapes his life as a husband, father, and leader. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married for 45 years, raising three daughters and enjoying the blessings of 10 grandchildren. Dwayne earned a degree in Business and Accounting from Elizabethtown College and has held leadership roles such as Controller, CFO, and CEO in the construction industry.
He also completed Bible courses through Global University and served as a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God Church, including seven years as a Children's Pastor. Dwayne is passionate about the outdoors and spends his free time fly-fishing and backpacking, where he feels closest to God. His love for nature and spiritual journey are deeply intertwined, offering him reflection and renewal.
