Every Good Boy Deserves Fruit

Every GOOD Boy Deserves Fruit is a collection of short stories. The first story opens in a schoolyard in North Sunshine. The last story, Mother Tongue, closes as a migrant boy is about to begin his education in the same schoolyard.

In between are eleven stories that encompass various phases of the lives of men and women and children and cats and dogs in a place called Victoria, Australia, spanning the years 1956 until the present.
