He served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the Defense Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, United States Cyber Command, and United States Space Command.

As the founder and CEO of S2-Stalker Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), he leverages his extensive military background to drive leadership development and innovation while offering professional speaking and coaching services to a wide range of organizations.

In his current role, Scott is a senior fellow at the National Defense U.
