A Christmas for Arbor Day

Save the trees, and don't fall in love! Balsam Valley, Wisconsin is proud of two things: It's Christmas Tree farm and the Lot in the middle of town. When the previous owner dies, the Lot passes to its long-time manager, Noelle Joy. The only problem? The farm passed to real estate developer Douglas Bradshaw, who has a reputation for stripping the heart and soul out of small towns and turning them into cookie cutter tourist destinations. And he sees Balsam Valley as his potential magnum opus.

It doesn't help matters one bit that Douglas was her high school crush.

Douglas must stay in town and work the farm until Arbor Day to claim his inheritance. With the big day only a week away, Noelle needs to hatch a plan fast to show Douglas that the town is worth saving, and launces a whirlwind trip through Arbor Days past, present, and yet to come. She has to work fast if she's going to change his mind. Along the way she might change his heart as well.

If she fails, it means the end of the farm, the lot, and Balsam Valley itself. Could this be the last year the town celebrates...A Christmas for Arbor Day?
