The word "unworthy" comes up often in my life as an educator, counselor, coach, and mom. It's not a word I use lightly nor a word I use often. Even though the word itself isn't a part of my daily language, its meaning, and my feelings of unworthiness, surface frequently.
I would say to myself, "Look, I have not used 'that word' in months, maybe even years," but little did I know my subconscious beliefs continually screamed the word "unworthy" at me.
My feelings of unworthiness hid behind perfectionism and control, seeking acceptance and approval from others while judging, not only myself, but others as well. The feelings of worthlessness also manifested in my fears and insecurities.
Unworthiness easily creeps in and hides in daily schedules and routines. It can disappear stealthily out of sight amid fears, judgments, and patterns. Once you become aware of feelings of unworthiness, you will find it all over your life and the lives of many others as well.
It is my goal to help you release your unworthiness and guide you to a place where you know:
I am worthy. I am enough. I am loved.
