Honest Convictions

When the runaway slave, Jerry, is arrested under the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850, church bells draw multitudes to downtown Syracuse. Witness the daring rescue through the eyes of Edward Wheaton and his teenage friends in the Salt City on the Erie Canal.
