Mr. Freeman was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, He’s completed a culinary art course and has worked in the food industry for many of years. He loved cooking at a young age, learning from his gramma, mom, family members and friends. From the traditional Hawaiian style cooking, and the different ethnicities that he is, such as a true Kama ina, Filipino, Portuguese, Afro-American, Native Indian and French.
