It is often the unseen things that affect us financially that cause one to lose control of one's financial future. Just as we have life goals and pursuits for our future, other things can take us off course, and create a future for us that we may not desire.

It is this "happenstance future" that perpetuates poverty in our lives or causes us to become impoverished.
