It's been 10 years since Detective LeBlanc caught Dr. Monteiro, the famed Sweet Sixteen Killer. Rebecca Watson is the grand daughter of Detective LeBlanc, and is now an ex-F.B.I profiler and just started a new job at Thorton and Associates, a private profiling firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
