I couldn’t see how broken I truly was. I became comfortable in a situation that was destroying me. I was forced to choose myself because my life depended on it-literally. And as a result, I love the person I’ve become more than any humiliation I encountered in my marriage.
The walk alone is the hardest one you will take, but it will also make you the most resilient. Living the life you desire-the one God has prepared for you-takes bravery, intention, and determination. If you’re willing to grasp the shattered seasons of your life and push beyond your pain, God will use the difficulties in your life to launch you forward in a miraculous way.
