The 11 stories of Psychedelicizations leave the mind of the writer in a bold attempt to meld themselves with the mind of their readers. Using a wide array of techniques (including an email format), Michael Anthony Adams, Jr. is finally trying to communicate as simply and succinctly as he can. It's just that... what he has to say is neither simple nor succinct.

In Quantum Fluctuations, Once Upon a Time, and Catatonia, the author dances at the borders of reality. In Philosophy Is Done on the Streets, Bait, and Beetles, he paints powerful questions into the very world we inhabit. By playing upon the range of meanings (from etymological to pop-cultural) in the collection's title, the author is asking: Is it time for your soul, too, to be psychedelicized?
