Changes are about to happen at Rose's, my families fine dining restaurant. Who am I kidding? Changes are about to happen in all aspects of my life. My parents, Stephen and Viki Rose, have owned and operated Rose's in New York City for 20 years. They want to retire and for that to happen, they've found someone to buy them out of their shares. I couldn't believe who was sitting in our office when I returned to work.

I'm already juggling two businesses and my long-term boyfriend. I don't know if I'll be able to handle the stress of a new business partner, especially since it's HIM.

I can't believe the things that have changed since my business partner stepped into the picture. I went from two businesses to three in a matter of a couple of days.

Will I be able to adjust to the new business arrangement? With my already busy work schedule, will I be able to handle the new things happening in my life? Will my relationship withstand the craziness of my work schedule?
