Seraph of the End is a novelized prequel of the hit manga series of the same name, published by Viz Media, and detailing the series of events that occurred eight years before the start of the manga. The world is on the verge of destruction, but before that happens Guren and his associates vow to defy this action. To accomplish this they decide to betray Mahiru. But when the time comes to initiate their plans the empire’s forces make their move against Guren’s classmates putting him in a bind.
