Newton’s Third Law For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. My personal immigration experience was a soul sucking, mind destroying ordeal of misery that last ten long years. Although you won’t find skirmishes with any country’s border patrol, or mountains of paperwork, you will find how horrible it felt on the inside. You’ll see how it felt to be thought of as a degenerate. How you can be an outsider in your own home. How you’re somehow less than other human beings simply because of your sexual orientation. You’ll find out what it’s like to feel insecure and clingy, to wake up in the night, sweating in terror.
