To us humans, except for physicists, time always seems to move at the same rate and in the same direction–from past through the present into the future. For those of us who believe in physics, the distinction between past, present, and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.

Albert Einstein.

The past is never dead. It’s not even past.

William Faulkner

Going Forward tells how Judson Richards learns to keep intrusions from his past from adversely affecting his present circumstances. Although these intrusions may be continuously playing in his mind and cannot be erased, Judson comes to the understanding that he is not forced to heed, much less to act upon them.

Three of Mike Frosolono’s non-scientific books were published: (1) Beyond Duty, a novel based upon the premise that duty performed in the absence of love often develops into a cruel taskmaster, (2) Comfort and Affliction, a novel about a military hero who becomes a United Methodist minister charged with bringing his fundamentalist and politically conservative congregation fully into the 21st century, and (3) Thoroughly Biased Opinions, an edited collection of the newspaper columns Mike wrote over the course of nine years for the Franklin County Citizen, a weekly newspaper published in Northeast Georgia. His third novel, Indomitable, will be published near the end of 2019. Indomitable tells how Theodora (Teddy) Nelson overcomes a brutal sexual attack from her stepfather to become a truly resolute young woman and adult. The dialogue Mike writes flows seamlessly and lively. Mike considers story-telling to be one of his strong points.
