The goal is to live in the FreeZone with personal freedom ... freedom from any form of addiction, anger, resentment, fear, self discrimination, inferiority or insecurity that might hold you back from being your greater good. If you are open to a sudden and sweeping change, your chances of experiencing this are much greater. But regardless of whether your thoughts and beliefs change overnight or over the course of time, once the "Aha!" moment happens, you'll need proper effort and practice to maintain and strengthen your new self-knowledge.
