He shares being openly gay was a real struggle, not as accepted back then as it is today and he tells what he went through during his life experiences and how he survived deep issues while dealing with the world outside the ring.

In the early 1980’s he was teaching wrestling, and wrestling in competition bouts without any lack of energy to his passion and cause.
