A sweet and gentle story, Good, Kind, Enough shows children how they can keep their head up high when faced with mean words.

Set in Slug Village, it explores the journey of Seb the slug, after he gets called a 'sludgely ludgely.'

Seb's mum teaches Seb that sometimes, when slugs say hurtful things, it's because they're having a bad day, or because they're sad or frustrated. Most of the time, it has nothing to do with you.

And, no matter what any one says to you, you can keep your head up high, because you are good, kind, enough. And that's all that matters.

The story reaches full circle when Seb comes across his bully, months later. The bully apologises to Seb for the mean words he said. He explained that he was feeling sad at the time, and took it out on Seb. He tells Seb that he wishes he'd been more like him.

Good, Kind, Enough is enjoyed by all slug lovers and Seb appreciators. But best enjoyed by children ages 3 to 8.

A story covering the themes of bullying, resilience, self-esteem and compassion.
