Heaven and Hell

It's possible that this is the first time the Charred Council has vanished. There are no signs or hints to look for. They recently vanished. They have, in a sense, become inactive.

The balance between Heaven and Hell is unsteady, and a war like no other is raging on land, in the sea, and in the heavens. They battle, destroying everything across the known cosmos and beyond. Although humanity has recovered slightly, their numbers are falling as Heaven and Hell are once again at war.
