When magic entered her life supercentenarian Caddy was running out of time, and the unfairness of it was infuriating. What's the point of discovering you're magical in the last year of your life? Terrified of death, or worse, getting stuck in a care home, Caddy threw a full-blown strop, and her blossoming magical abilities woke a hibernating elf. Like a stray puppy, Tony (an elf by tribe and an accountant by trade) knocked at her door, and now she has to care for him, too. And he isn't alone.

The Return of the Tribes epic takes you through the magical folks' first dangerous years as they learn to live with modern humans and their weird inventions like the internet and council tax. While elves manage modern life it's up to Caddy to bring Balance back to Earth so all the tribes can live together.

With the end of her old life and the rebirth of the first elf Caddy sets out on a new journey filled with romance, danger, and adventure. And the elves will ensure it.
