Two celestial beings, Dav and the Id, are forged from the grief and loneliness of their all-powerful creator, Gord-One. Though granted unfettered access to time and space, they become fixated on a peculiar era: Earth, 1985-1999-when, they believe, human creativity reached its zenith. But when the Id falls under the sway of forbidden dark matter, his hunger for power overwhelms him.
