Dexter - just back from an assignment in Morrocco - accepts the case. He quickly suspects an inside job with links to banks in Amsterdam, Moscow, and Cairo.

The funds do the usual rounds - transferred into another account then laundered through diamonds which are collateral to fund a civil war in Africa.
