Perry, The Blue Panda

In the beautiful town of Cutopia, animals and people live happily together. The happiest, most popular, and most loved resident of Cutopia is Perry. Perry is unlike any other panda in the world; he is blue. Everyone in Cutopia loves Perry not just because he is blue. They love him because he is kind and caring to everyone. On a beautiful sunny day in Cutopia, Perry the blue panda and his friend, Jerry the giraffe, are playing at the beach when they see something strange - a plastic bag kicking and breathing, as if it's alive. When they look closer, they discover something trapped in the plastic.

Perry and Jerry spring to action to solve the problem. They also decide to solve the big problem of plastic bags in Cutopia. With the help of a few grownups, they come up with a plan to get rid of all the plastics in Cutopia.
