Daisy felt like she had to be 'perfect', just like all the flowers in her dads' pristine shop. While she longed for muddy play and a puppy, her dads would keep everything 'just right' and would always help Daisy 'turn her frown upside-down', but a dandelion dream helps the family to reconnect and welcome a new addition! A story that helps bring families closer together and allows children to accept that it's OK not to be OK. AGES: 3 to 5 AUTHOR: Sam's world changed when he became a Dad through adoption. Having never thought of writing books before, he was dramatically inspired by his children's experiences and began to write senstive, theraputic stories which help children tackle some of life's big issues. He is also passionate about representation and ensures that his stories have an authentic cast of diverse characters and creators. Successes include 'The Blanket Bears' which is now a staple for the adoption community and 'Storm in a Jar' a well-endorsed book which relflets the emotional aftermath of loss. His book about empathy, 'What Wesley Wore' (inspired by his own experience of bullying as a child) has now been translated all over the world.
