Carolina in 2001 went through intensive Six Sigma training in the US with the Six Sigma Academy and delivered several improving projects for American Express saving more than $300,000 plus each. In 2002 she achieved her Master Black Belt Certification.She was also certified by The Society of NLP™as a NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Train the Trainer,by training with Dr Richard Bandler in 2004. Carolina has facilitated and delivered numerous conferences, workshops and formal training programmes across Europe,US and Latin America teaching the Methodology of Six Sigma, NLP, Effective Communication and her Skill &Will quadrant approaches. I often say work smarter not harder , my aim is to continue to develop new ways of enhancing effective and powerful communication. Communication is the key to life. From corporate presentations and job interviews to personal conflicts and interpersonal communications, our success in life – and in any given moment – often relies on our ability to successfully transmit an important message to others.
