Lily is a fairy living with her twin brother, Squall and their family in the Great Esk Forest. When fairy children reach the age of fifteen they all receive a special gift and new wings to reflect their gift. This is a great celebration for the family and all their friends. The twins’ mother, Rose, has the gift of watching over the flowers and her wings are full of beautiful colours and flowers so that when she opens them the flowers tumble down and the smell is wonderful. But when it came time for the twins fifteenth birthday and their gifts, not everything went as planned.
