My yoga experience began over 30 years ago when invited to join a friend on a six-week Hatha yoga course. Although a little nervous knowing nothing about yoga and feeling totally out of my comfort zone, my friend and I, open to a new experience, drove the short distance to the local yoga shala (studio).
