Marion Berndt is a primary school teacher out of conviction and a writer out of passion. At the age of five she had already announced to her family she would be a teacher and book writer . Lockdown-Poetry is her first poetry collection. She started writing it during the worldwide covid lockdown in 2020.

Her collection is a dialogue between a woman and a man stuck in two different countries, as it happened to so many couples at that time.

While her poems talk about Our lives… braked , Marion’s poems are full of love and the relationship that can sustain two people.
