February 2022 will be the 2nd anniversary of the pandemic. During that time we, all of us, have endured additional hardships, losses both financial and family. The world has retreated in order to try to address the spread of this disease, Covid 19. Now we see a glimmer of light. Is it the end of the tunnel or just a pause? No one is certain but major strides have been made in the hopes of returning the world to a somewhat normal, if not altered, landscape. This book contains stories written during that period, some for a writers group, some for my own edification. The first, Alpha, reflects on that ever-changing landscape of the last two years.
