The Railway Children
Edith Nesbit
Roberta, Peter & Phyllis lived in a beautiful home in London with their Mother & Father. One day their Father was taken away when he is accused of being a spy. The family had to leave their home and move to a house near the railway. The children kept themselves amused by watching the trains come and go and waving to the passengers. Perks the station porter became their good friend and even though far from London their days are full of adventure and excitement.
